Ladies Out Laughing 2013 a Smashing Success!

Laughter is the best medicine and that was certainly true at the sixth annual Ladies Out Laughing Comedy Night. The tremendously successful evening raised an incredible $60,000. Women’s chuckles have raised more than $175,000 for cancer since Ladies Out Laughing began in 2008. Net proceeds in 2013 will go toward four worthy charities that support the battle against cancer.
The sold out show this year was hosted by funny lady Laurie Elliott, along with comics Trevor Boris and Terry McGurrin. Elliott, voted Funniest Female Stand Up at The 2010 Canadian Comedy Awards, has participated in Ladies Out Laughing since the beginning. This was Trevor Boris' second appearance, and Terry McGurrin's premiere at the event.
